You will have the great chance to work directly with our founder’s team on strategies to capture the international market, to set up controlling processes or to create an analysis with specific criteria. Your Role and Responsibilities:
You’ll drive a specific function such as online marketing and sales.
You’ll work on sales strategies to ensure the successful growth of our product.
You’ll also responsible for the Startup Jobs Fair booth Sale.
You will be working directly with the founders on the strategic development of the business.
You will develop growth concepts and implement your ideas.
You will support us actively in gaining new enterprise customers and help us define new sales and product strategies.
You will create market research documentation and competitive analysis reports.
You’ll analyze markets and/or competitors to enter new markets.
You’ll analyze customer feedback to develop new target groups.
You’ll make reports for our management for them to make business decisions.
Who we look for
You are interested in entrepreneurship and you have a hands‐on attitude.
Interest in startup size companies and technology in general.
Curiosity, a strong desire to learn and to take on responsibility.
Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills and the ability to communicate in a clear, concise manner.
You have Strong writing, editing, and research skills.
You have ideally gained first work experience in business development & Sale.
You are in love with details and work in a structured way.
You are a team player, but also can work independently.
You have a very good knowledge of MS-Office, especially in Excel.
You are fluent in English (must) and German (recommended).
