Job Description


1-3 years of work experience in International Voice process.

Should have exposure to audit the sales calls of agents.

Maintain quality as per the standard.

Auditing the agent’s Call and sharing the feedback to the respective team members.

Verifying and closing calls.

This is normally acquired through one to three years of office experience.
Perform customer verification.


Attention to detail and accuracy

Product knowledge

Knowledge of customer service principles and practices


Should have experience in International Voice process

Should have excellent English communication skills

Dynamic & experienced personnel from international BPO’s are preferred.

Healthcare Background will be an Edit and Advantage.


5 days working (Only for Night shift)

Salary as per Industry Norms
